How do I cancel my subscription?

Email us at support@freedomfinancier.com and we'll cancel it straight away — no hoops to jump through.

I haven't received my brief today.

Briefs are sent at 06:30am on weekdays. Check your spam folder first — if it's not there, email us and we'll investigate.

Can I change my experience level or investment horizon?

Yes — email us with your preference (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced, and Short / Medium / Long term) and we'll update it for you.

How do I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day free trial and are happy to refund any charge within 7 days of it being made. Just email us.
